Ward was the first child born to MonroeLouisianaon 15 April, 1976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. She attended Ouachita High School to complete her secondary education. However, she moved into River Oaks High School after the summer. She was also a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. Ward dropped out of high school at 13 years old to begin modeling. She decided to try acting a few years later. At first, in the 1970s she was a character who wasn't credited in the show All My Children. A year later she was a part of the NBC premiertime drama for teens Malibu Shores. She landed the role of Meg Cummings, a virgin at Sunset Beach in 1996. In 1999, she began pursuing a movie career starring as The neurotic Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd. The movie, initially an economic failure theaters, but later on video-on-demand (VOD) was able to become wildly popular. Ward played a support role for the role of Shallow Hal the following year. She also played a part as a guest star on several TV shows and direct-to dvd movies. In 2009she landed the role Chloe Kmet kothe mother of a young gymna ston the ABC Family drama show Make It or Break It as a member of the main cast during the first two seasons of the show. In private she was the wife of David C. Robinson. The couple was blessed with a son who was named Cameron.
